As of 29 September 2026, we welcomed Ann-Louise Jorck-Jorckston to Aquagain as our new Senior Installer.
Ann-Louise is a trained metalworker and brings broad technical experience from several industries, including food production, biogas and pyrolysis. She has worked as a welding coordinator and instructor and has also gained valuable experience as a supervisor on offshore projects in Rostock, Germany.
Her background has given her a strong understanding of craftsmanship, coordination and the importance of keeping an overview when multiple disciplines and tasks need to come together.
Becoming a metalworker was not originally the plan. Ann-Louise grew up on Funen in a family where horses and riding played a major role, and her original ambition was actually to become a farrier. When apprenticeship opportunities were limited, she chose metalworking instead – a decision that became the beginning of a long career within the industrial sector.
The horses have remained an important part of her life. Ann-Louise competed in show jumping until five years ago, has held several official roles within the Danish Equestrian Federation and is still active as a show jumping judge.
Privately, Ann-Louise has lived in Fredericia with her partner since February. Twins are something of a family tradition: She has a twin sister herself and is the mother of twin daughters – and today also a grandmother to three.
In her spare time, she is currently busy renovating her house, so there are plenty of projects to keep her occupied outside working hours.
We look forward to benefiting from Ann-Louise’s broad experience and practical approach as part of the Aquagain team.
