Ronny will help shape the direction of quality at Aquagain

Ronny brings a strong practical background from the metal industry and many years of experience in quality assurance. He is a trained mechanic and has held several positions within quality control throughout his career, combined with experience as an Assistant Workshop Manager.

This means that he understands production from the shop floor while also bringing extensive experience in working systematically with quality, inspection and documentation. He knows what it takes to turn quality requirements into practice and, at the same time, understands the challenges and considerations that arise in day-to-day production.

This combination of hands-on experience and a strong eye for quality will be an important asset in Ronny’s new role at Aquagain.

Ronny is joining Aquagain at a time when the company is developing rapidly – and that is one of the things that attracted him to the position. He looks forward to being part of this development and, not least, to having the opportunity to influence it and leave his own mark on the way we work with quality.

Ronny grew up in the Esbjerg area and now lives in Hjerting with his wife of 31 years. Their 23-year-old daughter has recently moved away from home, but family life still plays an important role. She has two horses, and Ronny is always happy to lend a hand at the stable.

When he wants to slow things down completely, he reaches for his fishing rod. For Ronny, fishing is not necessarily about making the big catch – sometimes the best part is simply sitting quietly and watching the float.
