Visit by the Mayor of Vejen Municipality: A conversation on the future workforce and education

We had the pleasure of welcoming Mayor Frank Schmidt-Hansen and Municipal Director Ole Sloth to Aquagain, where they were given a tour and insight into our company's history and recent expansion in Norway. It was a great opportunity to share our thoughts on one of the biggest challenges we face: the shortage of qualified labor.

Our CEO, Aslak Skjøth, took the opportunity to emphasize the importance of educating and attracting skilled craftsmen. In a time where the competition for talent has intensified, we believe it is crucial that both municipalities and society as a whole take

responsibility for creating the frameworks that motivate young people to choose a career in craftsmanship and technology. The challenge of securing a workforce will only grow in the future, and it is therefore essential to act now.
