A Man You Don’t Let Go – 25 Years with Martin

In January 2001, a collaboration began that this year celebrates its 25th anniversary. At the time, it may have been a quiet date in world history – but at Aquagain, it marks the beginning of 25 years with Martin Eriksen.

Martin started as a welder and installer – both the man in the workshop and the man on-site with customers. A role that requires more than technical skill; it demands overview, responsibility, and the ability to represent the company professionally. That combination has defined Martin throughout the years.

The anniversary was arranged in close collaboration with Martin himself, who wished for a warm and informal celebration together with colleagues, family, and friends. The event took place at the local community hall, where cold draft beer and traditional Danish “biksemad” with fried eggs and delicious sides were served. It turned into a truly enjoyable afternoon filled with laughter, good stories, and great company. Afterwards, Martin himself said he “just had the perfect day” – which naturally makes us very happy.

A Steady Force in Production

Martin was initially hired on a temporary basis before becoming a permanent employee – a decision that today feels completely natural. With strong insight into both production and installation, he understands how everything fits together and never compromises on quality.

If it were up to Martin, things take the time they need – because there is a difference between being busy and doing things right. He is known for his overview, helpfulness, and ability to stay calm – even when juggling many tasks at once.

His calm presence creates stability and reassurance in everyday production. Martin has never needed to be in the spotlight – instead, he lets his work and results speak for themselves.

Today, he serves as Foreman with both experience and great respect among his colleagues. Not because he speaks the loudest, but because for 25 years he has consistently delivered quality with thoughtfulness and responsibility.
